We do, you just dont see it because we disabled them to appear under each section. Overall, having the mod names in each section makes the site look odd.

I've never understood why people set them to appear.

Surely a Forum Mod should do The WHOLE forum?.

Yes, but originally it had the mods PER forum. We took that off, as it is not needed.

I think your talking about mods per section. Like different mods do different sections. The problem with that is, all our active members would end up being mods. If you look at our staff & colored ratio over at monitor built, for almost 650 members, our 7 or so color'd is almost to much. People will be stepping on each others toes. We plan to add 1 or 2 more MAX when we get favs soon, as there should be a increase in members.

For this site, i could see 1 or 2 more staff members right now. Thats it.

Though its up to snipe completely.

I do not agree.

There should probably be a max of 3 staff members at this point, and maybe a new staff member every 50 to 100 members.

Even thats a bit much, atm there should be like obviously the Owner, tech team (RPAL) ;D A Forum Moderator.. Which you are, Anarcho. Maybe an event manager and another Forum Mod.

I could see another forum mod and event manager fitting in, since we will need the event dude at some point soon.

Well, we will have more mods when we need them, but not for each section.

I for one don't see the point of having mods for each individual section as in General Discussion, Off-Topic, Halo 3, and those? If that's what you mean then I don't think so.
